Respect. 2. The most pampered dogs in Hollywood? This week we brought you the news that Britney Spears forked out a whopping $24,720.95 on pet care last year. The mega bill included pet-sitting services, toys, treats, food, grooming, visits to the vet and a $500 bonus to an unnamed pet service.
