Sue's Choice: Bear-ly Made It
Sue says: My favourite story of the week was the story about the teddy bear in the airport that finally got returned to his owner. I wrote the original story about the bear when airport staff began to look for the owner as he was left behind in Bristol Airport. I was pretty delighted that he managed to finally make his way home.

Michelle says: As the proud human of a very affectionate and loyal dog, this story had me in floods of tears. A Boston police officer posted an open letter on Facebook after he had to make the very difficult decision to put his K9 partner of many years to sleep. Man's best friend indeed.

Rebecca says: As a hopeless romantic and a fan of viral videos, I was really taken aback by this proposal. Sure it has a few clichés, and grand public gestures aren't really my thing, but I just liked how the guy proposing went through all the personal little things that him and his boyfriend have shared during their relationship.

Úna’s Choice: Kitty Paradise
Úna says: I'm known in office for having, let's just say a "mild" fascination and love for cats, and when I came across this video tour of some of the cat cafés in Japan I knew I had to feature it on Her.ie. For a set price you can hang around in the café for a few hours (or the whole day), playing with cats! One of the cafés even takes in strays and nurses them back to health. I can totally see myself jetting off to Japan just for this!
