This Toilet In This London Flat Is Located In A Very Odd Place

This would make going to the bathroom in the dark very difficult.

Finding an apartment/house/flat share that suits you needs is rarely easy particularly when there’s so many considerations to be taken into account.

From finding a place that’s within budget to getting the right location, it’s not an enviable task particularly when you’re trying to find somewhere in the metropolis that is London city.

A ground floor flat located in the Stoke Newington area of London has come to our attention because (and get this), the bathroom is located at the top of a flight of stairs.

We’re not sure what the thinking behind this was, because it wouldn’t be much fun having to navigate getting to the toilet in the dark.

There is a handrail but imagine if the bulb went and you’re quite literally stuck at the top of a flight of (very) steep stairs.

Interestingly, Metro.co.uk reports that the flat recently sold for £306,000.

While that’s an impressive figure in itself, it’s also £31,000 above the asking price of £275,000, and that’s for a one bed. We can’t cope.
