When you’re suffering the after-effects of the night before, there’s nothing better than a big plate of sinful food to get you feeling human again and we think we may have just found the ultimate hangover food.
Digital Spy reports that a doughnut sandwich that features bacon and peppered fried eggs has been launched by Dunkin’ Donuts.
So basically, you can have a doughnut stuffed with bacon and egg for your breakfast. It’s like the ultimate greasy fry-up, only with the added sweetness of a doughnut.
Selected stores in eastern Massachusetts are currently serving the new ‘Glazed Donut Breakfast Sandwich’ and apparently, its popularity is soaring (we’ll be honest and say that we can totally see the appeal in eating one of these bad boys for breakfast).
“We constantly strive to offer a wide variety of products to satisfy the needs of our guests,” said a spokesperson for Dunkin’ Donuts.
We have one question: can someone please start making these in Ireland? We imagine you’d rake in an absolute fortune. Is it lunchtime yet? We want to see if we can recreate this with a bagel, a rasher and some sugar…
