Netflix completely broke our hearts when they announced plans to stop users gaining access to content restricted by country, but there’s a faint ray of hope.
Tech experts are of the opinion that preventing all viewers from using unblockers would be next to impossible.
Spotted on JOE.ie, a proxy service, TorGuard, says that people who use its services to access Netflix shows from other countries would still be able to do so, despite the crackdown commandeered by the streaming site.
That’s great news but there’s also talks of making all Netflix shows globally available. The DREAM.
David Fullagar, Vice President of Content Delivery Architecture at Netflix, recently verified the news: “We look forward to offering all of our content everywhere and to consumers being able to enjoy all of Netflix without using a proxy.
“That’s the goal we will keep pushing towards”.
