Following a three-way tie for second place, Sligo were pulled out of the draw as second place winners, leaving the other two to play off.

Elsewhere in Division 4, two semi-finals will take place as unbeaten Limerick meet Louth while Antrim take on Offaly in what are set to be two hugely competitive fixtures.
