Winter is here.

Okay, who’s going?

Yes, that’s right. Despite the fact that we’ve to wait longer than it took Daenerys to reach Westeros for the next season of Game of Thrones, winter is here and you can avoid it in this Finland hotel.

Lapland Hotels SnowVillage, in collaboration with HBO Nordic, has built a magnificent Game of Thrones hotel entirely of snow and ice.

Located in Kittilä, an hour-and-a-half flight from Helsinki, the SnowVillage was designed by professional ice sculptors from Russia, Ukraine, Poland, and Latvia. And after looking at this bed, you might want to sleep with some dragon glass underneath your pillow.

Nope, there’s nothing terrifying about this bed at all. Then again, we all know that the night is dark and full of terrors.

If you start to feel colder than the Night King, don’t worry because there are warmer cabins that you can stay in.

Arya Stark fans will also be pleased to see that the hotel also has a Braavosi Hall of Faces but that’s not all…

There’s also an Ice Throne with an ice sculpture of The Mountain standing guard and if you want to embrace your inner Daenerys, there’s a dragon-shaped ice slide to enjoy.

If you’re getting married then you’ll be happy to know that they also cater for weddings. There’s nothing like a wedding in Game of Thrones to make people dead happy.

We know what you’re thinking. What’s Game of Thrones without some alcohol?

Well, you’ll be pleased to know that you can drink like Tyrion at the Ice Bar where, instead of wine, the most popular drink is a vodka shot that’s served in a glass of ice.

Visitors can also enjoy a three-course meal in the ice restaurant.

Entry to the SnowVillage is $18 (€15) and rooms start at $200 (€166). If you fancy a little trip abroad in 2018, this could be perfect.

After all, winter is here.
