There’s a new edible bouquet trend and we want a bunch

Megan Roantree

Yum!

I’m a traditional girl, I love a big bunch of beautiful flowers. But even I can admit that this new bouquet trend is intriguing.

If you’re not a huge lover of flowers this will be right up your street. People are now swapping them with edible versions.

The bouquets look quite convincing, and really very pretty, but after you look at them for a few minutes and appreciate them, you can eat them all.

Bakedbouquets seem to really be taking off, with many bakeries now creating them and other shops specializing in just these.

They can include cupcakes, icing, macaroon, truffles and loads more.

We want them all!

If you love alternative bouquets, we recently put together a list of the best non-floral bouquets around, with everything from beads to feathers, you can see it here.
