The cold snap has well and truly set in today.
Parts of the country are covered in snow with Dublin and Wicklow getting the brunt of it.
The current weather conditions are treacherous and motorists have been encouraged to take extra care with some roads, including the Sally Gap in Wicklow, closing for a period of time.

It’s fair to say Ireland is one gorgeous country when you’re looking at views like this.
