The most recent pollen forecast from Met Éireann says that the heat is making the grasses exhausted - which, in turn, means they are producing less pollen.
According to Allergy Ireland, most of the people who have hay fever are only affected by grass pollen - so it's good news, guys.
Well, kind of.
Met Éireann forecasters did warn that while things are going to get better (and that grasses are past their peak), there is still a high risk of pollen for the next two days.
After that, the levels of grass pollen will gradually decrease until they hit more moderate levels.
