Chris confirmed the news yesterday via his Twitter account and revealed that Roger Daltrey, Stone Roses, Primal Scream bassist Mani and The Lightening Seeds' Ian Broudie would also be performing.
The Ocean Colour Scene theme tune will make a return and the show's set will be the "same but different".
We will definitely be tuning in to Channel 4 at 9pm on the 12th.
