Porn viewers in the UK will no longer be able to view these sex acts

Over 10 sex acts have been banned.

New legislation is set to ban a large number of sexual acts in pornography viewed and sold in the UK.

The Digital Economy Bill is currently being considered in Parliament would ban people from viewing adult material with “non-conventional sexual acts”.

A legislation from 2014 banned several of the acts below from being produced and filmed in the UK, however, this new bill would mean that it would also stop British viewers accessing any websites from around the world which contain these acts.

The acts that would be banned have no been listed officially but if it was in line with the British Board of Film Classification it could include any if not all of the following according, to the Independent.

  • infliction of pain or acts which may cause lasting physical harm
  • sexual activity which involves real or apparent lack of consent
  • penetration by any object associated with violence
  • sexual threats, humiliation or abuse which do not form part of a clearly consenting role-playing game
  • any form of physical restraint which prevents participants from indicating a withdrawal of consent
  • material (including dialogue) likely to encourage an interest in sexually abusive activity which may include adults role-playing as non-adults
  • female ejaculation
  • sexual acts involving menstruation
  • sexual acts involving urination
  •  sexual acts in public
  •   spanking, whipping or canning which leaves marks
  • inserting more than four fingers into an orifice
