They say hunger is the best sauce, but that’s usually in anticipation of a hearty meal.
To mark World Food Day, Gorta Self-Help Africa decided to create a ‘Hunger Sauce’ – the world’s first Gluten-Free, Dairy-Free, Sugar-Free, Fat-Free, Calorie-Free, Nutrition-Free, Ingredient-Free Sauce.
In fact, there’s absolutely no food in this hunger sauce – just like the meal prospects of more than 795 million people tonight.
Here, Caroline Alwright took to her Moore Street stall to sell some empty bottles of ‘Hunger Sauce’ to the passing Dublin customers.
