This Eight-Year-Old Boy Is Fitter Than Most People You Know And It’s Slightly Disturbing

If you’ve been working hard to get your body in shape, you might want to check this guy out. 

This little man from Kildare has the body of a weightlifter three times his age, building his muscles through gymnastics and a healthy diet of  cereal in the morning, fruit throughout the day and meat and two veg in the evening.

Recently a fitness guru shared his picture on Facebook and it went viral:

The boy uses a technique called calisthenics, which uses only the body’s natural resistance through exercises like sit-ups, pull-ups and push-ups.

“He’s developed it over the past year – it is crazy looking at him. Brandon is happy and healthy and his core strength is amazing, he is an inspiration. I put on a lot of weight and Brandon actually motivated me to lose it. He has been  my mentor,” Brandon’s father said.
