The little girl's mother was not convinced however, and uploaded a snap of the letter to Reddit with the caption: 'My daughter got the mail today (it's Sunday), apparently they have another week off school."
However, Redditors took to the site to point out the many reasons that they feel the letter may be authentic.
One user wrote: "The stamp really makes it legit. No stamp, I would have thought it was fake. One more week for sure."
"Like every layperson just has authoritative stamps lying around. Has to be legit."
