It's a sad reality that women are paid less than men and one high school came up with a pretty brilliant way to highlight the anomaly.
The Young Democrats Club at Jordan High School in Utah baked cookies for their school bake sale and sold them to male students for $1 and female students for 77c in an effort to make students aware of gender pay gap.
The clever stunt went down well at the school and one male student said: “I hope to see that everybody gets paid the same like even men, women, different races — that we all get paid the same and equal because we’re all humans.”
