There’s nothing like hitting the road to make you feel like you’ve enjoyed a proper break and all roads lead to Kilkenny this weekend for the Kilkenny Arts Festival.
The festival runs from August 8th to 17th and includes a comprehensive programme of poetry, music, history, arts, animation, theatre, literature and circus events.
From Much Ado About Nothing by Shakepeare’s Globe to the Funky Fidelma interactive street show on Sat 9th and Sun 10th, there is something for everyone, with a host of free and family-friendly events included in the line-up.
