On September 12th 1953, John F. Kennedy married Jacqueline Bouvier in a lavish ceremony in Rhode Island. Kennedy was a Senator at the time and well on his way to becoming a very young President.
Their marriage was certainly an interesting one, there had been rumours of an affair with Marilyn Monroe and ten years later, Jackie found herself an extremely young widow.
Is this one of the most famous wedding photos ever? Arguably it is.
