Andrea Faustini has been a frontrunner for the X Factor title since the beginning of the competition but the Italian found himself one step from elimination tonight.
Faustini was named in the bottom two in one of the shock results of the series and performed Stop as his 'save me' song, alongside Simon Cowell's act Stevi Richie who performed This Is The Moment.
While Simon voted to save his own act, saying he had showed more "passion", the other three judges decided to send Stevi home and Andrea will make it through to next week's show.
Fleur East is now the favourite to win the series at 2/1, followed by Andrea at 4/1, Ben Haenow at 4.5/1, Lauren Platt at 10/1 and Stereo Kicks at 13/1.
