Amazon have this week revealed their best books of the year which includes a list of their top 100 books, their top ten favourites and a variety of other editor’s picks.
The list will certainly help you figure out your Christmas shopping list as there’s a few on this that even us avid readers here in Her Towers haven't got round to yet and can’t wait to read!
In at number one is Celeste Ng’s book
Everything I Never Told You which Amazon has branded as their Book of the Year.
Following close behind in the other top five positions include:
All the Light We Cannot see by Anthony Doerr,
In the Kingdom of Ice by Hampton Sides,
The Short and Tragic Life of Robert Peace by Jeff Hobbs and
Redeployment by Phil Klay.
Stephen King, Carl Hoffman, Cristina Henríquez, Liane Moriarty and Emily St. John Mandel finish off the top ten with their new books.
The editorial team reportedly read 480 books as they tried to narrow their selection down to the top 100.
