VIDEO: “Because It Was Itching My Neck…”- Little Girl Gives Herself A Haircut

There are many reasons not to let the little ones near the scissors, exhibit A (a disastrous haircut) shown above. 

We can empathise with this little girl; her reasoning for cutting her hair is quite sensible really. 

"It was itching my back," she tells her mum. 

Awhh, cute.
