A new mural, which was commissioned by the Cork Opera House in collaboration with others, was revealed last night. The paintings are on the rear wall of the Opera House, running the length of Half Moon Street.
The mural is a collaborative effort between the Opera house, Camden Palace Hotel arts collective, Flava Floors and funded by the Dulux Let's Colour Scheme, according to the Examiner.
The murals, which feature images of the giants of Irish writing like W.B. Yeats and Oscar Wilde, were painted by Dusto and Psychonautes from France. They spent about a week painting the project.
