This has to be the happiest and friendliest seal we’ve ever seen.
Scuba diver Jason Neilus, was out swimming in the Farne Islands when he came across a small heard of seals.
One of them in particular got up close and personal with Neilus for a couple of belly rubs, pats and tickles and thankfully he managed to capture it all on his Go-Pro camera.
