Many American sporting games have a tradition of the 'Kiss Cam', where a couple seated in the crowd will be chosen at random and appear on the venue's large screens. Yes, it is as awkward and mortifying as it sounds.
There is quite frankly nothing worse than getting caught on the 'kiss cam' when seated next to someone who really isn't willing to give you an ol' shift in front of thousands of people. Especially when the crowd begin to cheer loudly and you're actually located beside a member of your family.
One man at a recent ice hockey game between the Minnesota Golden Gophers and the Michigan Wolverines decided he would come prepared incase a situation of the kissing sort were to arise.
Of course, he found himself in the situation he had hoped to avoid, when he pulled out this cracker of a move...
We think you'll agree, this really is pretty genius.

We can't really imagine that the 'kiss cam' would work out all that well at Croke Park games.
