In a prank that brought us right back to primary school, Hogan Cup Man of the Match was JOCKED live on TG4.
David Clifford, who was instrumental in Saint Brendan’s College of Kerry’s defeat to Saint Patrick’s of Derry earlier today, scored an unreal 2-05 of 2 – 13 and was voted Man of the Match to nobody’s surprise.
What happened during his speech however, came as a big surprise to everyone, including the host who laughed: “That’s TV gold”.
Thankfully David himself took it on the chin and laughed it off.
However, we would image he is already plotting his revenge on his rogue teammate.
