Taking a krill oil capsule is a great way to help alleviate PMS symptoms.
A new study by Cleanmarine® Krill Oil for Women has found that it can help reduce the physical and psychological symptoms of PMS naturally. Of those Irish women surveyed, 69 per cent said that their symptoms improved after taking the capsule.
