Shocking CCTV footage shows a lucky escape for pedestrians as a roof collapses under high winds in Shepherd's Bush, West London.
The video, released by Hammersmith and Fulham council, shows the roof caving and collapsing onto the footpath below, seconds after a pedestrian walks past.
One man can be seen running with his hands over his head, while another man can be seen jumping back out of the way just in time.
According to
The Independent, no one was seriously hurt in the incident which occured on December 5th.
The building is currently undergoing renovation works but the council have assured the public that there is no further danger.
