The world watched in horror earlier this week as the city of Boston was subjected to a terrifying attack.
Last night, Bostonians showed up in their thousands to a Boston Bruins game and joined voices for a moving rendition of the national anthem. Singer Rene Rancourt took to the court before the game to sing the national anthem, but stopped after a few seconds – see for yourself what happened next.
The game was the first major sporting event in the city since the Boston Marathon on Monday.
