Dylan Lipton-Lesser had hearing problems for all of his life. The 22-month-old had some hearing aids fitted just recently and this was his reaction to being able to hear for the first time.
Dylan is accompanied by his mothers India Lipton and Shirley Lesse in the video. When he first heard their voice, he proceeded to laugh uncontrollably.
