Cara Anaya-Carlis is one such woman. Carlis, 30, experiences up to six straight hours of sexual arousal every day and can have up to 180 orgasms in a two-hour period.
For Cara, the condition seemed to develop spontaneously three years ago, and she has been living with it ever since. Despite visits to countless doctors and specialists, no cure is forthcoming.
Cara says the condition is ruining her life as the smallest of tasks become an excruciating gauntlet of embarrassment.
