After going for a swim in a lake in Northern Missouri, Bruce Brandit began suffering from severe earache.
Determined to find the cause of the problem, he used his iPhone to film his ear but he was NOT prepared for what he found.
As can be viewed in the below YouTube clip, a very large spider climbed out of his ear.

Bruce posted the clip to YouTube writing: "swam at Lake of the Ozarks last weekend and got a super painful ear infection. Totally blocked ear canal. Tried to use my phone's camera to see if I could see anything. Found this!"
Questions have been raised about the authenticity of the footage as some viewers have suggested it looks like two different clips were merged together to create the video.
