Basically, a job offer went up for you to live with your mate or partner on the island and manage the coffee shop and accommodations for visitors.
As part of the deal, you will get to stay for free on the island and your food will also be covered.

According to RTÉ, Alice Hayes, who posted the job said: “It’s intense and tough but it’s a very unique position. It’s back to basics – fires, candles, stoves, wildlife and nature.”
