Want to know what the Key To Success is?

An event not to be missed.

Do you find it hard to be confident? You’re not alone.

A recent survey by Censuswide found that only 19% of Irish women say that they are proud of their achievements. How shocking is that?

The survey also found that almost 23% of women stated they would “panic” if they were asked on the spot to describe their achievements – compared to just 12% of men.

When it comes to sharing professional achievements online, Irish women were also less likely to talk about promotions than their male colleagues. 20% of males surveyed would happily post about promotions online, compared to 13% of females.

We want to change that.

We want to empower women to feel confident in their jobs and in their abilities.

TRESemmé’s social mission is to address the confidence gap between genders and set a new generation of women on a more successful work path by helping them feel more self-assured. So we’re getting on board and organising a very special event.

The Key To Success event with Her.ie in partnership with TRESemmé will take place on October 26 at 6:30pm in The Blue Room at the Dean Hotel in Dublin.

Guests will be treated to some lovely drinks and canapes on arrival before the event begins.

Cathy Donohue, Fashion and Beauty Editor at Her.ie, will MC the evening, before the guest speakers, Rachel Kavanagh and Siobhán Fitzpatrick take to the stage to talk about confidence in the workplace.

Rachel Kavanagh, Managing Director of Glossybox UK and Ireland.

Rachel graduated in business and politics from Trinity College Dublin and straight away came up with her first business venture, Rockstar Tan. Since then she has been awarded Image Magazine Young Business Woman of the Year in 2014 and became Managing Director for GLOSSYBOX at just 29 years old. She will be talking about her own success story and giving tips on gaining confidence at work.

Siobhán Fitzpatrick, Chairperson of the Women in Business Network in Ireland and owner of CATSEYE Coaching.

Siobhán runs her own business and career transition coaching practice, CATSEYE COACHING both in the UK and in the Republic of Ireland. She’s been a member of the Women in Business Network group since early 2014 and starting chairing the organisation last year. Siobhán will be sharing her wealth of wisdom on engaging with others, positivity, and motivation.

At the end of the event, each guest will also receive a goodie bag to take home full of TRESemmé products, including the Beauty-Full Volume range.

All goodie bags, event notebooks, and seats will be allocated on a first come first served basis so if you would like to attend this amazing event you can register your interest for tickets using the form below.
