The Zoo is set to return to RTÉ One this evening for its sixth season, and for the elephant lovers amongst us it may be the best season yet.
Recent visitors to Dublin Zoo will already be aware that there are three adorable elephant calves currently in residence. This series takes viewers back a while and kicks off with the announcement of the three elephant pregnancies. The show follows the progress of the herd, the momentous three successful births and watches on as the new elephant calves enjoy their first play time with each other.
