So this is pretty horrifying.
At the recent World Cheerleading and Dance World Championships, one girl had a pretty unfortunate landing fail.
The girl in question, who's positioned second from the front, was coming down to land following a series of backflips when her leg snaps at the knee.
The girl then attempts to stand on the broken leg not realising the extent of her injury, where onlookers could see the leg dangling from the knee.

Next time we’re feeling guilty about skipping the gym, we’re just playing this on repeat.
