That's right. Being granted the honour previously bestowed on the likes of Franklin D. Roosevelt, Mahatma Gandhi, Winston Churchill, John F. Kennedy, Martin Luther King Jr, Pope John Paul II and the Queen hasn't been received with unbridled joy by the President-elect. Instead he is less than satisfied with the name of the title.
Trump thinks he should be referred to as 'Man of the Year' rather than 'Person of the Year', which is somewhat strange seeing as 'person' covers the whole of the planet's population, whereas 'man' includes less than half. The tradition of selecting a 'Man of the Year' began in 1927, but was changed to 'Person' in 1999.
