Tommy Tiernan is one of the country’s greatest comedians, (if not the very best). Fangirls? Us?! NEVER!
Earlier in the month our gal Grace O’Reilly had the chance to watch an exclusive screening of Tiernan’s brand new DVD Stray Sod.
The incredible Glebe Gardens Amphitheater in Baltimore in West Cork provides a magical setting for Tiernan's newest work.
The Navan man’s 2002 release Tommy Tiernan Live and 05’s Loose are two comedy DVDs that every household should own.
The 45-year-old’s latest work had its work cut out for it in the hilarity stakes, however Stray Sod, the first DVD from the comedian in three years, is without doubt his greatest work to date. 90 minutes of pure enjoyment, so good they filmed the interval.
Tiernan sat down for a quick chat about everything from death notices to Gráinne Seoige.
A man in a field telling stories. No ordinary field. No ordinary stories. Stray Sod is released today and promises to provide immense entertainment and laughter to anyone who purchases it.
