What. A. Legend.
Have you ever wondered what it takes to become an Olympian? Is it the intense training, the determination, or is it something you're born with?
It's never an easy road. It was an especially hard journey for one of Ireland's latest Olympic hopefuls for Brazil 2016, Ollie Dingley whose inspirational story has been made into a brilliant video.
As a kid, Ollie was shy and often hated competing in front of others. Taking part in classes at school became a daily struggle. But no matter how hard things were during the day he always looked forward to escaping to his local pool in the evening times to train. For him, diving was a way to rise above it all.
In 2012, Ollie faced another setback after failing to qualify for the Olympics despite his brilliant score. Something that would be hard for any athlete to deal with.
But instead of letting his defeat and lack of confidence get the better of him he decided to harness the power within and come up with a new plan. He came back fighting and announced that he would be competing for Ireland.
And look at him now! The first Irish Diver to qualify for the Olympics in 68 years.
What a bloody champion!
As part of their #ThePowerWithin campaign, Team Ireland's sponsor
Electric Ireland have released this unreal video that shows Ollie talking about his long journey to Rio and it's given me goosebumps just watching it.

While we might not be able to relate to being an Olympic athlete we can all relate to feeling a bit shy or not having enough confidence. So fair play to you Ollie for speaking out.
This Summer's Olympics will be the culmination of thousands of hours practice and a steely determination for both Ollie and the hundreds of other competing athletes.
The Power Within campaign is all about giving Team Ireland athletes a platform to tell their own stories of how they have overcome disappointment and used their self-belief to realise their dreams and it's fairly inspirational stuff.
Go on Team Ireland we're behind you all the way!
