You can take the woman out of Ireland, but you can't take Ireland out of the woman.
That was the case for Meath native Sarah Dickinson, who was forced to move to Swindon in the UK last summer to find work.
On finding out that there was no St Patrick's Day festivities planned in her new home, Sarah decided to improvise and hold her own one-woman parade... complete with confetti potatoes!
