The short clip focuses in on the aftermath of the mid-season finale “Too Far Gone”, and the group who are now scattered following the battle between the Governor and Rick Grimes’ prison gang.
"I know we'll never get things back to the way they used to be… It's not going to be easy, but we're not too far gone," Rick can be heard saying in the background which is a hint at things to come?
