An American woman has been sharing her dieting tips on Reddit for over a year and this amazing GIF displays ther dramatic transformation.
Amanda, who goes by the Reddit user name dignityblows, has become an Internet sensation after showing casing her dramatic weight loss of 88lbs.
Her weight loss photos racked up nearly three million views online and inspired a fellow Reddit user to create the five-second time-lapse image.

Amanda drops from 222lbs to 134lbs in just one year.
Amanda credits her weight loss to a Keto and Paleo diet, and on Wednesday even made an appearance on television show, Good Morning America, to discuss her dietary habits and weight loss tips, explaining it was not exercise and rather her eating habit that caused the dramatic loss.
However Amanda took to Reddit after the segment to say she was disappointed with how they portrayed her eating habits.
“I was very clear during the interview that Keto is a high fat and moderate protein diet, but the voice over said I followed a "high protein" diet. Sigh. I guess the world isn't quite ready for the glorious bacon-fueled truth,” she wrote.
