Ria (78) and An (71), from the Netherlands, decided to brave their fears and fly on a plane for the first time.
In preparation for the big event, Ann tried out a rollercoaster, and apart from worrying about her hairstyle, she thoroughly enjoyed herself.

The pair then boarded a private jet from Amsterdam to Barcelona, as part of a marketing campaign by Vodafone, which sees people experiencing activities for the first time.
Their delight at the champagne on board is just too cute but it’s nothing compared to how emotional Ann gets when contacting her family via tablet to tell them about the journey.
