Ireland's largest health, wellness and fitness festival, is hitting the Royal Hospital Kilmainham, Dublin, on Saturday May 12 and Sunday May 13.
With thousands expected to attend already, we're sure plenty more will decide to nab themselves a weekend ticket when they take a closer look at Wellfest’s line up and timetable.
The packed schedule of events calls for all to hang out with like-minded people in the open-air setting while gaining superb insight, advice and training tips from major wellness experts, across a total of 12 stages. There's no limit to the amount of activity you do either.
All you need to do is decide who and what you want to see.
You don't need to be a winning athlete or a yoga master - there really is something for everyone. So, hardcore fitness fans and budding health fanatics, check out the full schedule here.
It includes times and stages for all of the weekend's acts. So you can be certain that you'll catch all your favourite presenters each day.
The KBC WellGood tent will also feature some great discussions and classes. Visitors to the tent over the two days can enjoy boxing classes by Tom Dalton, work up a sweat with Boogie Bounce by Emma Weafer and watch a panel discussion featuring performance psychologist Gerry Hussey, plus hear from best-selling cookery author Roz Purcell.
To name a few others also attending the festival, there's Deliciously Ella, Body by Simone, The Body Coach (aka Joe Wicks) and Currabinny (James Kavanagh and William Murray).
