We've all been there: something or someone treats us unfairly but we do nothing except give out to our friends and family for at least an hour and a half.
Well not this guy. He decided that he'd give the company that annoyed him a piece of this mind... or should we say a piece of paper to put somewhere unpleasant.
This Greater Anglia rail passenger wrote a letter to the train company when they refused to refund him for a ticket for a cancelled train.
But what started out as a respectable letter thanking them for their response ended up telling them to "stick it up your arse."
