Woman Arrested After Handing Stolen ID to Waitress It Belonged To

We’ve heard lots of stories recently about people who commit crimes doing stupid things. For example the girl who hit a pedestrian and then went on The X Factor. But we have to say that this latest one is one of the worst we’ve come across.

A woman in Colorado has been arrested after she handed over an ID to the waitress that it belonged to.

Applebee worker Brianna Priddy, who had her purse stolen during a night out in February, told NBC Colorado’s 9News of the moment she was handed her own ID.

She said: “Four people come in, walk in, sit down. They start ordering drinks. This girl hands me my ID as a fake ID.”

Brianna reportedly handed back her own ID before calling the authorities who then arrested the woman who had been using it.

But that’s not the worst of it because the arrested woman is 26-years-old which means she didn’t even need to use the ID to get served.

According to reports she has been charged with theft, identity theft and criminal impersonation.
