We all get it from time to time.
When we’re dating, our families will go out of their way to make their feelings known. Whether they want you to be with someone who has a ‘good’ career or someone that goes to mass every Sunday, it can be frustrating when you just don’t want to hear their opinion.
But you know, they’ll give it anyway. Just like this Grandad.
A 21-year-old student from Scotland has shared a list of ‘boyfriend rules’ that her Grandad made up and we are howling laughing at it (mostly because we 100 percent understand them and they have been said to us many times in the past).

The rules are:
Rule 1: He must be RC [Roman Catholic]
Rule 2: He must be Celtic supporter
Rule 3: He must be working
Rule 4: I must like him
Rule 5: He must like me
Rule 6: He must be financially well off
Rule 7: He must never look at another girl while in this relationship
Rule 8: He must be very kind
Rule 9: He must have a car
Rule 10: Whenever in my company he must offer to pay bill
He ended with “OK that’s it so far.”
WE CAN’T. We also can’t deal with how he wrote it all in capital letters.
