All roads lead to Rio for paralympic swimmer Ellen Keane who is training hard in the hopes of a spot at next year's games.
The 19-year-old, who swam in her first games at the age of just 13 in Beijing in China, has a number of medals under her belt, and this week chats to Her.ie about the upcoming qualifications in March, and the World Championships that will be held in July.
