It’s not every day that you get to meet one of your childhood heroes so when we got the chance to talk to Sonia O’Sullivan we jumped at the opportunity.
The famous runner, who now lives in Australia with her two daughters, was over in Ireland launching the Liberty Insurance GAA Coaching Conference which will take place in January. She spokes to us all about her time as a coach while also looking back on a rollercoaster of a career.
