Xposé presenter Lisa Cannon has blasted Twitter trolls this week for the verbal abuse they gave model and singer Nadia Forde.
The I’m A Celebrity star was targeted by a number of people on Twitter who made nasty comments about her weight. But now, Lisa has stood up for the Irish star.
“I think it’s disgraceful that people hone in on a piece of cellulite or a wobbly bit on somebody’s ass, I mean, we are all women are all, we are natural human beings,” said Lisa, adding that it was particularly nasty that a number of women had made the comments.
“I know if I stood naked in the mirror, there are so many wobbly bits about myself that I’m unhappy with, as all women would be, and then to do that thing to troll women on the internet and give out about them in an outrage.
“I mean Nadia is a gorgeous girl, she has a beautiful physique, but nobody’s perfect, why are people striving for this perfection it’s not real.”
