We’ve heard of dogs and cats photobombing their owners every time they try and take a picture, but we’ve never heard of photobombing fish... until now that is.
Express reports that Gavin the parrotfish has become one of the main attractions for tourists visiting Green Island in Queensland. Why is he so popular? Well, he just loves ruining their holiday snaps.
“Gavin’s been around for a couple of years, and he looks forward to coming over and grinning his little head off at our guests,” said Karl Kuhle, the general manager of the Seawalker Australia diving company.

Gavin loves cracking a grin beside the divers
“He does seem to actually swim up for his photo, and with gorgeous females for company, who wouldn’t be smiling?” Karl joked.
Gavin is a bluebarred parrotfish and can grow up to 3ft long and weigh a stone. But are the divers in any danger?
The good news is that Gavin is happy to have his picture taken and then leave the tourists to their own devices. So as well as being a photobomber he’s also a little gentleman.
We don’t know about you but Gavin’s toothy grin definitely brought a smile to our faces!
